Just finished the last sip of this yumminess and had to share! It's so easy to diy. Things like this need to be fast, simple and easy in order for me to actually make them myself when the mood strikes, and this one is super easy!! I omitted all "milk" ingredients and just used ✔️1/2 an Avocado, ✔️1 Banana, ✔️3/4 cup frozen organic Raspberries, ✔️1 cup ice and ✔️1/2 cup water. Technically I guess this is more of a slush. I also didn't add any sweetener of any kind so the first sip seemed like it missed a bit of sweetness and creaminess because if the lack of milk but the avocado and banana def. provided some of that thickness needed. After a few sips I really liked the lightness and freshness of this drink!!! Will absolutely repeat and try adding some matcha next time!!! Yielded 2 cups

I reformulated these lip balms until I myself became addicted to them!! Prepare for your lips to fall in love! These vegan IHN Lip Balms are fun, cute and sweet looking! The best part? They're all natural, vegan and provide intense lip hydration while also packing a swift refreshing punch with it's frosty tingle factor thanks to the organic peppermint oil (with the exception of the Lavender balm). IHN balms feature a blend of rich butters and oils. You can find them here!

So I had always heard that tee tree oil can help clear up your skin, but I never really tried it. After having my baby girl, for months afterwards, my skin was not itself. I had some light break outs on the sides of my cheeks that were really bothering me. Tee tree oil is an essential oil and EO's can be pretty potent in high doses, in fact, you shouldn't use topical tee tree oil if you're pregnant. Some might even argue topical use when breastfeeding should be avoided, but I used such minimal amounts on the surface of the skin on my face that I very highly doubt it reached my milk supply, so I started using it when my baby was about 5 months old.*** If you have concerns, please ask your physician as essential oils can affect everyone differently ***
This is my go to skin care ritual that replaced commercial cleansing pads, and I have kept it up for a year now and I'm very pleased with the results! I started seeing results the first week I used it.
NOW, how do you use tee tree oil?

For anyone out there that was waiting for my simple version of DIY whipped belly butter, here it is! So this one is a little tricky since you do need to buy some of the ingredients in this recipe that are not usually just laying around the house, but the components are more or less easy to find and it's definitely a simplified and effective version of the butter I make at home. The picture above is that of a belly butter I made for myself and a friend. For the butter pictured, I did use different ingredients since I ordered a bunch of more exotic ingredients that need to be purchased at a specialty store. The basic recipe I'll list bellow will give you the same consistency and take care of your skin so you can safely and naturally keep stretch marks at bay during pregnancy. I make my own natural products and my pregnancy butter version is more eccentric since I have different oils I can play with that are harder to come by, but this version should do the trick!

I've finally set up the IHN blog as you can see! :) My mission on this blog is to really inform the consumer on what our products are made of. I believe that everyone should be able to see what goes into the products they use which is why I started doing this in the first place, and this blog is a way for you get to know the products a little better :)
I'm going to do my first product profile on the I heart Naturals Diaper creams. We have 2 available versions to suit everyone's needs! For those of you wanting that extra barrier power and thickness, the PROTECTIVE ZINC cream is for you! It's all vegetarian (contains beeswax so it cannot be considered vegan) and emollient ingredients which will be described below. For all the parents out there using cloth diapers (these are more delicate and certain ingredients such as zinc should be completely avoided) our CLOTH DIAPER SAFE version is for you. It's much less tacky in consistency, but still provides a good repelling barrier on your baby's skin.

I Heart BABY VAPOR RUB! This one is one of my favourites...I find myself opening one just to smell it! Smells super fresh without being overpowering. Best part of this rub is it's all natural, Petroleum free, Menthol and Peppermint free and fragrance free! The use of menthol and peppermint in cough rubs has controversial views with regards of it's safety concerning young children's respiratory systems, so we made sure to formulate our rub accordingly! The fresh crisp scent comes from all natural Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Lavender essential oils. We have two versions of this product to suit two different age groups, 3-24 months and 24 + months, the difference is in its potency of essential oils (less potent for the younger kiddies). The rub also contains the following ingredients:
